- When you write an article or give a presentation, circulate copies to clients and contacts - it will confirm your credibility as an expert, as well as showing you’re thinking of your client.
- Invite clients to seminars and educational forums where you can both showcase your expertise and add value by transferring knowledge.
- Ask for feedback - directly, indirectly, through surveys, formally and informally - it confirms to your client that s/he’s made the right choice: a professional who cares about getting it right.
