The world is in the midst of an unprecedented health crisis, and although there are so many unknowns and people are adjusting to this ever-changing situation, we know that, here at JMA, in these extraordinary times, we are fully committed to supporting:
One of the benefits of being a small business, is that we can quickly implement business continuity plans without major headaches. All existing and new engagements will continue as per each program of work.
As such, we have implemented best-practice remote ways of working, so that our team members have the right resources to deliver seamlessly.
The health and wellbeing of our people is paramount. To minimise risk, all travel has been cancelled. We have implemented our flexible remote working policy and ensured our people have the right resources and technology to enable proactive and responsive seamless service delivery.
We have commenced the onboarding of additional consulting resources. As we have historically found in economic downturns, demand for our services increase due to the critical nature in winning every opportunity and ensuring the revenue generation machine is at its maximum productivity.
We will shortly be releasing pragmatic insights for tackling the challenges that businesses will find themselves in, as well as providing advisory sessions and assistance to support our clients ease some of the pressures they find themselves in.
Support for the community is paramount and although there are so many unknowns, it’s important we push forward with a growth mindset so that we are in a position to maximise the opportunities and benefits for our clients, team members and the wider community in which we impact.
Please know we are safe, prepared and adequately set up for business to continue as usual.
With thanks from the JMA team.
